Rain this weekend again. So we got rid of the abspestos roof, bagged up the bits and took them to the council tip. I made a new front door. Wensley had a nice seat on ridge tiles/stones that we picked up from my folks. We drove home on Sunday afternoon following a byway for five miles over the tops, Mel drove.

Sunlight though the trees in the caravan. Mel's dad came up for the day to help with the first few big courses of slabs on the roof and show me how it was done. It took me a further two days to get the rest of that side on. Might have to jig the ones on the right about a bit as Mels not happy with them. Shes a tough task master. Finally a view of Hawes (its in the bottom somewhere) form the hill tops as I drove home last night.

Going to do the roof so got some extra reclaimed slate form a spot in Burnley... tricky finding some to match. My friend Scott called in... our first unpayed, none blood relation visitor! Wensley keeps an eye on the sheep. Mel digs a trench using only a gardening trowel.
